Coop15 began in 1992 as Lane Williams Architects. The firm moved to a new studio at 15 McGraw Street in 2006—our new “coop”--then moved again in 2010 to our current home at 2214 Queen Anne Avenue North.

Custom home design is the exclusive focus of Coop15, both new construction and major remodels. We have worked throughout the greater Seattle area, and designed rural and beachfront retreats on Bainbridge, Whidbey, and San Juan islands and in Lake Chelan, Preston, Salem, and Sequim . Our designs have received three citations from the Seattle AIA Honor Awards, and three Home of the Year awards from the Seattle Times and Seattle AIA, along with a dozen nominations. Lane Williams and Coop 15 have been published extensively in local, regional and national periodicals and books.
